Unbelievably thin and stretched, Chile averages only a little more than 100 miles wide. "Pastel de Choclo" is a typical Chilean summer dish: ground corn filled with meat, chopped onions small pieces of chicken, pieces of hard boiled egg, olives, and raisins, all baked in clay oven. "Humitas" are boiled corn leaf rolls filled with seasoned ground corn. This country restaurant offered both dishes "today".
